The JTG Summer School 2011 workshop is intended for postgraduate students (M.Tech and Ph.D. or their equivalents), faculty members, and industry personnel from sponsoring agencies. This summer school was started to cover contemporary research topics in signal processing, telecommunication, and networking for students and young researchers from all over India.
The Joint Telematics Group (JTG) of various IITs and IISc, Bangalore has been in existence since about 1994 with the intent of imparting technical knowledge in the field of signal processing, telecommunications, and networking to young engineers, scientists, and teachers from all over India. Since 1995, the JTG has been holding the National Conference on Communication (NCC) annually across various IITs and IISc.
This summer school is an attempt to expand the activities to include training programs and workshops. We have previously had two summer schools in May 2009 and May 2010.
Important note: We will not provide any workshop
participation certificate to the participants. Only the receipts corresponding
to the payments made for the JTG Summer School 2011 shall be provided.
Also please inform us about your participation at the Ph.D. Forum as it would help us in organizing things better.
