Crompton Greaves Research Fellowships

IIT Bombay and Crompton Greaves Limited (CGL) have signed an MoU to provide fellowships for PhD aspirants. Upto five candidates who secure admission through the regular procedure can benefit from this scheme, if found suitable. The students so selected would be expected to work in areas that are mutually beneficial to both, IITB and CGL. The areas generally pertain to power system analysis, protection and automation, drives and controls, condition monitoring of electrical machines, sensors and instrumentation, and wireless/optical data communication. The interested applicants may indicate their preference for the scheme in their PhD application form.
