Node Scale Vectoring: MIMO in wire-line communication for enhanced throughput.

Seminar Details:	Vectored VDSL is a concept based on MIMO to tackle the problem of cross talk in wireline communication. The technology used in VDSL is expected to really take the throughput and user experience to new level. Node Scale Vectoring is a technology developed by Ikanos that enables cross talk cancellation in the whole node as opposed to just in a line card like other approaches.
Speaker Details:	Dr Pal (BTech, IIT-Kgp; MSEE, Washington State U; PhD, Stanford U,; Fellow, IEEE) is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Ikanos Communications, Inc. A veteran in the communication and semiconductor industry, he holds seven U.S. patents, has published more than 30 technical papers.
