• (13th Feb): Assignment details are here. Max-speed, acceleration value and headway values are individual: you are to use only the value specified for you and sent to you by email. Answers (to be submitted later in a week) will be cross-checked against what parameters were sent to you by email.

• (31st Jan): First lecture about railways infrastructure was held. Some important relevant literature can be found here.

In particular, the 4th chapter of the book on Traffic Flow Models (by Gerlough and Huber, 1975) contains graphs about congestion, maximum throughput, etc.
