This page contains information about the suburban services' crew planning tool. The crew allotment is done to minimize a combination of the number of crew members delegated to a section and the overtime assigned for a timetable. The allotment is made by following the detailed description of constraints specified by the WR suburban section team and the Hours-of-Employment-Rules (HOER) constraints.
