Deepak P. Nandedkar

              abc Deepak Prabhakar Nandedkar is on Faculty of Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Mumbai, since 1969 and at present he is working there as an Associate Professor. He obtained MSc Physics (with Electronics and Radio Physics) from Indore University in 1965, MTech (Electrical Engineering with Specialization in Electron-Devices Technology), and PhD both from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, in 1967, and in 1970, respectively. His Research Interests are Plasma and Electromagnetics, and Properties of Electrical Engineering Materials including Wave-Matter Interactions. He is also designated as a Life Fellow (2002-), a recipient of American Medal of Honor (2002) in Field of Plasma and Electromagnetics as well as a World Laureate of India (2002-2003) in Field of Education, by The American Biographical Institute, Inc., Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Moreover he has been awarded an International Peace Prize (2003), by The United Cultural Convention, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
