Poster Details

The authors have to print the posters on their own. Softboards and push pins will be made available by us at the venue. Details regarding making the posters are given below:

  1. 8 slides of A4 each
OR
  1. One A2 size poster: 420mm × 594mm, or 16.5in × 23.4in
  2. Roughly 2feet(width) x 3feet(height)

Paper Formatting Instructions

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full paper for review. Only original papers which have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. Manuscript must be in English.
  2. The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The maximum length of the manuscript is five (5) A4 pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
  3. All author names along with affiliation and email address must be mentioned in the paper (in the author section) as well as on the EDAS website.
  4. As per the IEEE conference specifications, DO NOT keep page numbers and Key Terms/Index Terms in your paper.
  5. Hyperlinks should be removed from the URLs mentioned in the references.
  6. Use the sample manuscript for details of formatting style of the paper. The relevant LaTeX style files and MS Word templates can be found from the IEEE site.
  7. Papers must be submitted in pdf format.

Camera-ready Submission Instructions

Authors must submit their papers electronically using EDAS. No other means of submission will be accepted. Paper submission process involves the following four steps:

  1. Goto your paper on the EDAS website using the following URL
    http://edas.info/showPaper.php?m=xxxx, where xxxx is your paper ID.
  2. Make sure that all authors of the paper are registered on the EDAS page.
  3. Make sure that your paper title and abstract on the EDAS page is exactly the same as in the uploaded manuscript.
  4. Upload the camera-ready manuscript only in PDF format and ensure that there are no PDF printing problems detected.
