PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING AN EQUIPMENT FROM ELECTRICAL MACHINES LABORATORY
- The list of all equipments available in the laboratory can be found here.
- Fill the Google Form (click here) with the necessary details. An email with duly
filled equipment issue form will be sent to you. Take a print and get it approved by your supervisor.
- Other department students and staffs are requested to get a letter stating the
requirement of the equipment and get it approved by the concerned Professor and the
Professor in Charge of Electrical Machines Laboratory.
- Submit the form (and request letter, If any) to any one of the Research Assistants (RA) of
the lab during working hours.
- Make sure you fill the google form to get the equipment issue form via email.
- Get the equipment tested before issuing and in case of any problems, please report it to the RA.
- While returning the equipment, it will be tested again by RAs and in case of any issues
with the equipment the person to whom it was issued will be held responsible.
