About

The power industry across the world is undergoing a significant transition with increasing penetration of renewables, greater reliance on distributed energy resources, and advent of new sensing, computing, control and communication technology. Recognizing the importance of research in the power area, the National Science Foundation (NSF) of the United States has developed a collaborative research network in this domain between Japan, Norway and the U.S. over the last six to seven years. The proposed workshop will involve researchers in the power and energy domain from these three countries as well as India.
