Accommodation is limited and will be provided on first come first served basis only. |

Preference will be given to Govt. academic and R&D organizations. |

Please do not request for family accommodation |

Accommodation will be arranged in the IIT/BARC Guest Houses or staff hostel guest rooms. |

Approximate payments: |
IIT Main Guest House: Double bed - Rs.140/- per day
IIT New (CEP) Guest House: Rs. 100/- per day (Rs. 40/- extra if AC starts)
HBCSE Hostel: Rs 60/- per day per head (Two seated rooms)
IIT Staff hostel guest room: Double bed - Rs.80/- per day (Non-AC), Single bed-Rs.40/- per day
Vihar House: Payments will be decided during conference

All payments have to be made in the respective places (Guest Houses Hostels) directly and organizers will not take any responsibility regarding the payments. |
