Welcome to the EE HelpDesk

To ensure efficient handling of support inquiries, we use a dedicated ticketing system. Each time you submit a request, it is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the status and view updates online.

All support interactions are logged and stored for future reference. Please note that tickets older than three months may be moved to the archive and may no longer be visible on the user portal.
