Accommodation in Mumbai tends to be very expensive and difficult at the best of times, and December is a particularly difficult season. IWPSD 2007 has made special arrangements at nearby hotels and guest houses at substantially discounted rates. To avail of these rates, the reservations must be done through the IWPSD workshop.

   IWPSD will arrange bus transfers to and from the hotels/guest houses to the workshop venue on all days of the workshop from only these hotels/guest houses.

   IWPSD 2007 has made arrangements for limited, shared, guest house accommodation available on a first come first served basis. Accommodation will be provided for 4 nights (16^th - 19^th December 2007) on payment of a fixed accommodation fee. There is no subsidy for staying for a shorter number of nights.

   This accommodation must be booked and paid for in advance, latest by 15th November 2007. We will not be able to guarantee any kind of accommodation for on-site registrants.

   IWPSD 2007 has negotiated special rates and blocked a limited number of rooms in the following hotels. The rooms will be allotted on a first come first served basis. For registrations received after 15^th November 2007, the organizing committee will help delegates find accommodation at the best possible rates in these hotels. However, the discounted rates mentioned below cannot be guaranteed.

   Check in/Check out time for all hotels is 12 noon. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and include breakfast.
