Registration Fee for the conference | ||||||||||||||||||
The registration fee is applicable for all the participants including the plenary/invited speakers. It includes a copy of the Workshop Proceedings, Lunch on conference days and invitation to Cultural Programme and Workshop Banquet. |

Registration Fee for the tutorials | ||||||||||||||||||
Registration Fee for the Tutorials will be Rs. 1000 per delegate irrespective of the number of tutorials attended on 16th December 2007. However, the lecture material will be provided for any TWO pre-registered tutorials. Please note that the tutorials will be held on TIFR, Mumbai campus. No refunds for cancellations will be made after 20th November 2007. |

50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations done before 20th November 2007. No refunds for cancellations will be made after 20th November 2007. For cancellation of hotel reservations, the respective hotel policies apply. Please check the terms & conditions with the hotel at the time of hotel booking. |

Financial Assistance |

Over 200 partial/full fellowship will be provided to the academic participants from India. Those who wish to avail the same, may send their request to the Chairman, Fellowship Committee (Prof. Enakshi Bhattacharya, IIT Madras at enakshi@tenet.res.in) before 31st August 2007, preferably through e-mail. Please include a brief CV along with your request which includes your academic experience and interest in the fields related to IWPSD. |

Exhibition |

An exhibition is being organized to enable companies display their products/literature and interact with delegates. Those who wish to participate may submit "Exhibition Registration Form" directly to the Exhibits & Industry Forum chair Prof. Richard Pinto by email at: rpinto@ee.iitb.ac.in. There will be limited space available for exhibitions and requests will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis. |

It is proposed to publish a souvenir on the occasion of the Workshop.
