Mixed Signal VLSI Design
Course Description
Mixed-signal circuits act as the bridge between the digital and analog circuits. These primarily include sampling circuits, Analog to Digital Converters (ADC), and Digital to Analog Converters (DAC). The objective of this course is to provide the students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental design and analysis of data converters. Various ADC and DAC architectures are discussed in detail. The course-project in the course is designed to help students to acquire a hands-on design experience on some of the key elements of Mixed-signal circuits.
