Jithin Ravi

I am an M.Tech.+Ph.D. dual degree student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay. My advisor is Prof. Bikash Kumar Dey. My research interests are in the area of information theory with a particular focus on distributed function computation and information theoretic security. I have been fortunate to work with Prof. Sidharth Jaggi from Chinese University of Hong Kong and Prof. Emanuele Viterbo from Monash University.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from S.C.T. College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, India in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, I was a software engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.
