Experience
My
current interest : MEMS
- Design, Layout, Mask-making, Fabrication, Packaging, Testing,
Reliability etc.
My main field of interest has been Silicon
IC technology and Now it is MEMS.
I was a member of the team that made the first TTL IC in India in
1972. Since then, I have more than 20 years experience in MOS/Bipolar
IC design and fabrication. I have worked at Stanford IC labs for
2 years (1977-78) as a visiting research associate.
