The undergraduate and
postgraduate students are given exposure to finite element (FE) computations
of practical machine design problems. The students are encouraged to develop
their own FE codes in basic languages, viz. C, C++, MATLAB®. The codes are, then, validated
by using standard FE packages.
The design pecularities of electrical machines are focussed
during the learning of Computational Electromagnetics. |
