Welcome to the website of the Semiconductor Lab of (Opto)electronic Devices for Heterogeneous Applications at IIT Bombay. We are a research team comprising post-docs, PhD scholars, master’s students, and research staff in the Department of Electrical Engineering working with Prof. Saurabh Lodha on electronic and optoelectronic materials, processes, and devices. Our focus spans wide-bandgap power devices (e.g., Ga₂O₃-based), 2D materials, oxide semiconductors, and advanced CMOS, with end-to-end capability in design, fabrication, characterisation, and simulation to deliver real-world impact.
