Registration
Registration has two stages:
- Payment
- Mailing registration details along with payment details to viren@ee.iitb.ac.in
General information & instructions:
- The conference registration includes access to all workshops, tutorials, all conference sessions, lunches on all conference days, access to the banquet dinner, and one electronic copy of the proceedings.
- The workshop registration permits participation to the workshop/tutorial only.
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at Authors (full) Rate on or before 10th November 2017. Without the registration, the paper will not be included in the LNCS proceedings.
- A few fellowships to cover registrations either completely or partially for authors from India, students from India, and academics/R&D Institutions from India are available. Such people may write to the Organizing Chair (Prof. Virendra Singh) in advance.
- Only students enrolled in full time programmes are eligible for registering at the student rate. Interested students should send a letter to the Organizing Chair stating their enrolment in their university signed by Dean/ Head of Department. The students rate is not applicable for students who are authors of accepted papers.

If you are registering for an accepted paper then the remark part MUST contain: " ICISS2017_<PaperID> " , where the PaperID is the ID of your accepted paper.
If you are registering for attending the conference but don't have any paper, the online payment MUST carry the remark as: " ICISS2017_Delegate "

2. Mailing registration details along with payment details
It is essential that after the registration (both international and national delegates) fee payment, you send an email to conference/workshop/tutorial organizers.For Conference & Tutorials: Prof. Virendra Singh (viren@ee.iitb.ac.in)

Please note that email is the only mechanism by which we will keep track of the registration and decide upon the inclusion of papers in the LNCS proceedings from Spring Verlag.
