Accommodation in Mumbai tends to be expensive and in great demand throughout the year and getting a decent accommodation at affordable costs is a very difficult task. NanoBioMed 2015 has made special arrangements for various accommodation options in the vicinity at discounted rates. These will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. To avail these rates, the reservations must be done through the form given below following the procedures outlined in this document.
Accommodation will be provided for 5 nights (30th Nov. - 4th Dec 2015). In the student hostels, accommodation would be provided on payment of a fixed accommodation fee. There is no subsidy for staying for a shorter number of nights.
NanoBioMed2015 will arrange bus transfers to and from the conference venue on all days of the conference from the designated hotels/guest houses mentioned below. For registrations received after November 15, the organizing committee may still help delegates find accommodation at the best possible rates in the hotels. However, the discounted rates mentioned below cannot be guaranteed.
The accommodation fees can be paid as described below (DD/Electronic Fund Transfer). Accommodation Categories
Type A: Student accommodation in HOSTELS (Inside the IITB campus) on a sharing basis.
The accommodation charges for the participants are as under:
Student accommodation at IITB hostel: ₹ 200/night on sharing basis.
Type B: Faculty member accommodation in MTNL guest house (Outside the IITB campus)
Post Doc/Faculty members at MTNL Guest house (Non AC room):
₹ 1700/ night on sharing basis (double occupancy)
₹ 1250/ night for single occupancy

For Type A and Type B accommodation options listed above, conference secretariat shall directly make the bookings after receiving the registration form.
Payment Instructions:
Full payment of accommodation fees should be made before Nov 15, 2015. In case of cancellation of guest house accommodation, single night charges would be retained and the rest of the amount refunded, provided intimation is given at least a week before the commencement of the event. We offer following choices for payment of accommodation charges.
