We are looking for two PhD candidates to work on developing Ga2O3-based devices for high-power, high-voltage applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of more efficient electric vehicles and power delivery systems through advanced semiconductor research and next-generation power electronics.
Requirements
- Background in materials science, electrical engineering, or physics
- Interest in semiconductor devices (fabrication, simulation, characterization) and high-power electronics
