Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao (Director, IIT Delhi) and Prof. Soumyo Mukherji (Professor, School of Biosciences and Bio-Engineering, IIT Bombay) have previously served as Chief Investigators for NMPF. Prof. Siddharth Tallur briefly served as Faculty-in-charge of the lab on behalf of the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department.
NMPF operations are integrated with the IIT Bombay Nanofabrication Facility (IITBNF).
