We have closed the online registration for NCC-2015. If you are interested in attending the tutorials, please avail the on-the-spot registration at the conference desk. In particular, on-the-spot registrations exclusively for tutorials are possible on 27th Feb 2015.

Registration Categories and Charges

Registration includes the following

Access to all IEEE NCC sessions (28 Feb - 1 Mar, '15)
Conference Proceedings
Refreshments and Lunch (28 Feb - 1 Mar, '15)
Welcome Reception on Friday (27 Feb, '15)
Conference Banquet on Saturday (28 Feb, '15)
Conference kit containing bag and stationery items

There are two types of registration categories — full registration and student registration. Please note the following conditions before registering.

Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a full registration by 20th January, 2015. So for an accepted paper, if the only author registering for NCC 2015 is a student then he/she has to do a full registration.
For authors, one full registration covers for uploading three accepted papers.
The final manuscript submission deadline is 20th January, 2015, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. One author's full registration will be checked before including a paper in the program (and the proceedings.)
The early registration discount applies only till February 16th, 2015.

The registration charges on or before February 16th, 2015 are as follows.

Accommodation

Limited pre-booked accommodation is available on a first-come first-served basis to students and other delegates. Please register early to reserve accommodation.

Student accommodation will be on sharing basis in IIT Bombay hostels. It is available only for students and will require a valid student ID to be produced. Charges are approximately Rs 200 per day (excluding meals). This amount will need to be paid directly to the hostel staff at the time of checkout.
For delegates, we have arranged for accommodation in well-maintained guest houses about 1km from IIT Bombay Main Gate. The rooms are air-conditioned and are on twin sharing basis at the rate of 1330 INR per-day, per-head. The accommodation fee needs to be paid during the registration process after selecting dates on which accommodation is required. Women and men will, by default not be allotted the same shared room, unless explicitly requested. These charges also do not include any meals. Check-out time is 10 am.

Tutorial Registration

NCC 2015 will feature seven three-hour long tutorials on February 27th (Friday), 2015. Click here for more details. These tutorials are an event under the aegis of MHRD Knowledge Incubation under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP). You can register for a tutorial by indicating your choice in the online registration form. The cost per tutorial is Rs. 500 per person. The tutorial cost will be added to your total registration amount.

Payment Options

1) Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking

If you want to pay the registration charges using a credit card, debit card or net banking credentials click here. Payment using credit or debit card will result in a 1-2% surcharge being added to your total amount. Payment using netbanking does not incur any surcharge.

2) Demand draft

Click here to begin the registration process. Choose Offline option under payment mode and enter your DD number in the field provided.

The participants can make a crossed (A/C payee) demand draft (DD) for the requisite amount in favour of NCC2015 payable at Canara Bank, IIT Powai, Mumbai-400076, India. Please write the name and affiliation of the participant on the backside of the DD.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation/refund requests can be made by writing to ncc2015@ee.iitb.ac.in with subject Registration Cancellation Request.
No requests for cancellation or refunds will be entertained after February 16th.
All approved refunds will be made after the conference is over.
For approved refunds, the amount paid will be refunded after a deduction of 10%.

Travel Fellowships

Several NI Travel fellowships are available for the student participants. There are about 40 of them available, and the fellowship awards will be announced by first week of February 2015. For any queries, please contact the General Chairs of NCC 2015.
