I am currently looking for motivated PhD and MTech (Research) students to join my group. If the prospect of designing and testing complex integrated circuits (high-frequency, analog, digital/mixed-signal calibration) excites you, you may consider applying to the PG/PhD programs at EE, IITB under projects listing me as a PI/Co-PI.

  • Design of RF Control/Read-out Integrated Circuits (IC) for Interfacing with Quantum Systems.
  • Development of mmWave phased-array ICs with adaptive calibration engines and memory systems.
  • Development of high-speed electronic ICs for 6G wireless optical links.
  • RFIC transceiver design for FR1+FR3 spectrum (0.6-15 GHz).
