The purpose of the "Devices and circuits" virtual lab is to provide remote access to students for basic and advanced experiments in electronics. The experiments are set up in the Wadhwani lab and can be accessed by remote users by logging in from their site. The user is provided the "look and feel" of the real experiment. The user is able to pick component values (such as resistances), change voltage levels, etc. and view its effect on the circuit performance. In addition, circuit simulation files and Java-based animations are also made available, which enable the user to probe the circuit operation in more detail.
