Applications for all faculty positions must be made online at TWO separate websites: one for department level processing and one for institute level processing. Please note that BOTH these steps must be completed before an application can be processed.

Step 1: Application to the department:

1. Register as a new applicant at https://www.ee.iitb.ac.in/fsc_new/application/signup
2. Login, fill in all details and submit your application at: https://www.ee.iitb.ac.in/fsc_new/application/login/
3. The list of documents required to complete this online application are as follows
   
   1. Your recent photograph (in .png format)
   2. Your updated CV (which includes a list of research interests, publications list, names of referees)
   3. Your teaching statement. As a part of your teaching statement, please specify a list of the UG and PG courses you will be able to teach, selected from the website of the Electrical Engineering Department of IIT-Bombay, and any new course you would like to offer.
   4. Your research statement (in pdf format)
   5. Your best 2 or 3 papers (combined into one pdf-file).
   6. Optionally, you can submit a 5 min video about why you are a good fit for our department with regard to research and teaching (please provide a link to some video hosting service e.g. YouTube, and do not try to upload the video file itself).

Step 2: Application to the Institute:
