The Power Electronics Finishing School is a joint initiative by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and ITEL Foundation to train the next generation of engineers in power electronics, energy systems, and sustainable technologies.
Program Overview
- Duration: 6-month residential program
- Locations: IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras
- Batch Size: 10 students per location
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
- BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience
